How do I identify my model or Tora version?
Start with your order confirmation. Aura has manual louvres; Como and Tora have electric louvres. The 2026 Tora has RGB perimeter lighting and white louvre lighting. The previous Tora has white perimeter lighting.
Purchase date alone may not identify the version. If you’re unsure, send us your order number and photos of your pergola and handset.
My size isn’t covered by the guide. What should I do?
Contact LuxSol with the model and size on your order. Use instructions for that exact product. The published Tora 2026 PDF covers 4 × 4 m, 5 × 3 m, 5 × 4 m, 6 × 3 m and 6 × 4 m; ask us for the Tora 8 × 4 m instructions.
Should I carry on if a part is missing or damaged?
Pause assembly and contact us before continuing. Include your order number, the part reference in your manual and a clear photo. Keep the packaging and remaining components together while we check the issue.
Where can I check my base and post positions?
Use the dimensions and base guidance for your model and size alongside your assembly manual. An uneven or unsuitable base can affect alignment and screen operation. Contact LuxSol before proceeding if you’re unsure.
