Yes. Your model’s 3D builder shows the options available for each opening, so you can leave a side open or add a compatible screen or wall. The choices depend on your pergola model and size. You can also add compatible extras, such as heaters, where available.
Your pergola needs a solid, level base and secure fixings. The correct fixing method depends on the surface beneath each post. Check the site preparation guidance for your chosen model and confirm your base before booking installation.
Porcelain or granite surfaces need specialist drilling, which is an additional installation option.

You can also assemble the pergola yourself using its installation guide. Electrical wiring is separate from pergola installation.
Aura’s roof is manually operated. Como and Tora have electric roofs and need a suitable electrical supply. Any electrical accessories must also be fitted according to their installation instructions.
Electrical wiring is not included in the pergola installation service. Arrange a qualified electrician for any wiring required.
UK mainland delivery is included. Availability depends on the model, size and accessories you choose. The stock block in your product builder shows availability for your complete selection.

Pergola frames and louvres have a five-year warranty. Screens, slatted walls and electric motors have a two-year warranty, subject to the warranty terms.
