Pre-Installation Requirements

To avoid delays, extra charges, or potential issues with installation, please ensure your site is fully prepared before the scheduled installation date. This includes levelling the ground and clearing any obstacles. Customers must complete an online pre-installation form for approval before we can confirm your installation date.

1. Base Preparation:

For smooth installation and optimal performance, it's essential to have a flat and level base, with a maximum slope of 10 mm in one direction for proper drainage. Slopes exceeding this or running in multiple directions can cause issues or prevent installation.

Recommended Base Options: Smooth flag paving, timber or composite decking, or concrete foundations.

Base Stability: Paving must have solid cement or concrete under foot positions. Decking requires solid timber joists beneath the surface.

Please note that side screen alignment cannot be guaranteed on uneven surfaces. For detailed guidance on base preparation, refer to our measuring guides found here.

2. Power Supply:

Customers are responsible for arranging their own electrician for electric pergolas and heater installations. Our team will secure heaters but will not handle electrical wiring.

3. Site Access:

Customers are responsible for preparing access to the site, including parking and clearing any obstacles.
