Delivery + Professional Installation
Let our trained team take care of the hard work. We install on a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, paving stones, timber or composite decking. Please note: installations on porcelain tiles incur an additional fee due to drilling complexity.

Pre-Installation Requirements
To avoid delays, unexpected costs, or installation issues, it’s important your site is ready beforehand. All customers must complete a Pre-Installation Approval Form prior to scheduling.
1. Base Preparation
Your base must be flat and level, with no more than a 10mm slope in one direction.
This ensures:
- Proper water drainage
- Structural stability
- Smooth function and correct alignment of side screens and slatted walls
Bases with slopes greater than 10mm or unevenness in multiple directions can cause installation issues and will affect the functionality and alignment of accessories. For full guidance on base preparation, please refer here.
Base Options:
- Smooth flag paving
- Timber or composite decking
- Concrete foundations
Base Stability Requirements:
- Paved surfaces: Must have at least 10cm of solid concrete beneath each foot position (not compacted hardcore)
- Decking: Joists must be minimum 10cm thick under foot positions
If these conditions are not met, we may still proceed with installation, but bolt security or accessory alignment cannot be guaranteed. Despite careful pre-drilling and preparation, we cannot be responsible for any cracking or damage to paving or decking.
2. Site Access
Please ensure:
- Clear access to the installation site
- Parking is available
- Obstacles and hazards are removed in advance
3. Power Supply
Customers are responsible for arranging their own certified electrician for electric pergolas and heaters installations. Our team will secure heaters in place but will not handle wiring.
Important Info
We can store your pergola in our warehouse for up to 10 days after your order is placed. Please make sure your delivery or installation is scheduled within this window.
